These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the NIPS LMS, operated by Nanma Institute of Paramedical Science (NIPS). By registering, accessing, or using the LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
To use NIPS LMS, you must:
Be a registered student, faculty member, or staff of NIPS
Have received official login credentials
Agree to use the platform solely for academic and institutional purposes
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
You agree not to share your username or password with others.
Notify the administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree to use NIPS LMS only for lawful and educational purposes. You must not:
Upload or distribute harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
Attempt to hack, disable, or reverse-engineer any part of the LMS
Access or attempt to access other users’ accounts
Post content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Misuse communication tools, discussion boards, or submission portals
You must follow the academic code of conduct. Plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, or falsification of academic data will result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of access.
All course materials, content, and resources on the LMS are the property of NIPS or licensed third parties.
You may view and download content solely for your academic use.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited without written consent.
If you upload assignments, responses, or any materials:
You retain ownership of your content
You grant NIPS a non-exclusive license to use, display, and store your content for academic purposes
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights
We strive to ensure LMS availability 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.
NIPS is not liable for any loss of data or disruption in learning caused by technical issues.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access if you:
Violate these Terms or any applicable laws
Misuse the LMS or its features
Engage in activities that disrupt the learning environment
NIPS shall not be held responsible for:
Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use or inability to use the LMS
Loss of academic progress due to technical errors
Any third-party tools integrated into the LMS (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the LMS after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Malappuram District, Kerala.
